Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Hello Atmos ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Hello Atmos is a web application that:
- Connects to your Spotify account to access your playlists (read-only)
- Searches Apple Music's catalog to identify tracks available in Dolby Atmos
- Allows you to create Apple Music playlists with discovered Atmos tracks
- Caches analysis results locally in your browser for performance
User Requirements
To use Hello Atmos, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have a valid Spotify account (free or premium)
- Have a valid Apple Music subscription (required only for playlist creation)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Third-Party Services
Hello Atmos integrates with third-party services (Spotify and Apple Music). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service:

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adrian Wrona and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Spotify and Apple Music are trademarks of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of track matching between Spotify and Apple Music
- Availability or quality of Dolby Atmos content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hello Atmos or Adrian Wrona be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by revoking access through your Spotify and Apple Music account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
