Joined this open source software start-up at an early stage (<10 FTE) and worked on creation of the foundation structures and processes all the way to a team of 50+. This includes a deployment and administration of HR systems, Google Workspace, GitHub, JIRA, Slack and many more. Management of the network’s treasury allocation, communication with exchanges and grantees, and hosting community calls.
Delivered on time and within a budget the main ecosystem platforms - casper.network, developer.casper.network and docs.casper.network which currently serve as the knowledge base for +200k community members & +10k developers.

Grew the AML analysts team from 6 to 12.
