• Cut recurring costs by $30–40K/month by transitioning platform operations from external vendors to an in-house team; main point of contact for security audits under a framework agreement.
• Managed a ~$30M treasury allocation, validator relations and the fair delegation program, exchanges and grantees.
• Managed and mentored two Project Managers remotely and stood up core company systems; earned a 'Tier 2 – Above and Beyond' performance rating.

• Reduced implementation costs from €1.2M to €1.0M (~€200K / ~17%) by running the full procurement cycle (RFI, RFP, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting).
• Delivered the Standard Initial Margin Model (SIMM) calculation module on time; drove the data workstream of the ALM system implementation and prepared the bank's AIRB application to the EBA.
• Maintained plans, risk registers and budget forecasts; reported to steering committees; earned an 'Above and Beyond' rating.

Built and led an AML analyst team across Poland and London; appointed the youngest team manager in Citi Poland at age 21, then transferred to London.

• Increased analyst throughput by ~50% (from 5–6 to 8–9 cases per analyst per day) with custom VBA tools (Excel/Access); rolled the toolset out to the UK team after transfer.
• Automated AML regulatory reporting (including FCA submissions), absorbing a departed colleague's workload and removing the need to backfill the role (~1 FTE saved).
• Grew, hired and directly managed the KYC/AML team from 6 to 12 analysts within one year.
• Earned a top performer (1) rating.

• Built and launched a Dolby Atmos discovery platform integrating the Apple Music SDK and Tidal API, with a 125K+ album catalogue; 37,500+ users, featured in TechRadar.
• Runs the product end-to-end: roadmap, releases, cloud operations, Stripe billing, support and analytics, with the whole stack connected to Claude via MCP.
